How I got started

I started making jewelry several years ago with my sisters. We did mother's bracelets and name bracelets. It was a fun time, but life changes, kids grow, and I started venturing out into doing more custom pieces with unique beads. I then learned how to lampwork my own beads and am now concentrating on that. I still love to play with creating pieces, so when I do, they will be listed on my shop on Etsy, to look at or buy.

What is lampwork?

Lampworking is the art of making a glass bead under a hot flame. It take concentration and patience. You layer glass in different colors until you get the look you want. There are several websites out there for your information. I will list them under some of my favorite places page.
